Description
Dicentra Spectabilis. Also known as broken heart. The flowers hang side by side on long, overhanging flower stalks. The two outer, pink petals form a heart together, while the two inner, white petals end in a teardrop, emerging from the heart.
Soak Dicentra roots in water for 3-6 hours before planting. Plant them lengthwise, shallowly (1-2 cm deep).
Wonderful in combination with late Daffodils or Tulips.
